What can I do after registration?

Move easily and quickly in the e-shop environment.

Start looking new products by categories.

The products are divided into three different categories: standard windows, energy efficient windows and doors.

If you have found an interesting category(example: standard windows) , open a new list. From the following list you can choose more specific openings and types. After selecting the most accurate product available, you will be transfered into an interactive shopping environment. In this environment you can enter the products measurements, also change the openings, color, glass types and choose the right window- and watersills. Every new modification should be confirmed by clicking „ Apply changes.“

Adding goods into the cart.

When you have found the suitable solution, click „Add into the cart“.

After you can continue shopping new products or start finishing the order.

Order will be stored in the cart and you can access it when clicking on the „Cart“ button at the top of the page.

Confirm an order

  1. Add the products into the cart.
  2. Check if selected quantities and products are the ones you selected.
  3. Place order by pressing „Confirm“.
  4. Fill the personal information form.
  5. Confirm order by entering the delivery and billing address.
  6. Check, if the information entered is correct and click „Confirm order“.
  7. Products have been purchased and you will receive a prepayment note on your e-mail.
  8. The order will progress to the manufacturing process after the prepayment invoice is paid. 
  9. Order summary, will be shown as a conclusion of the ordering process, the order number and content will be shown.
  10. If there are any errors or the order is placed incorrectly, please notify us by calling (+372) 622 1505 


After the order is placed we will send you an e-mail with confirmation and invoice. Please transfer the right sum to Plasto bank accounts, found in the e-mail. Please add your name and order number to the bank transfers explanation.


Ordered products will be delivered to your closest office. Harjumaa delievers are issued from the main office - Peterburi tee 92D. Entered delivery address is used to determine the nearest representation. Find your home office from We will send you an e-mail when the order is dispatched and has reached Plasto’s office. Please coordinate the hand over of goods with the local sales personal.

Trade refund

When the product is defective or hurt transported, please contact your nearest Plasto office. In order of refund we need our products and invoice back in Plasto’s representation.

Invoice is delivered with the goods. Copy of the invoice is recoverable from the Plasto office. (Copy of the invoice is only recoverable for the person who purchased it – it’s necessary to identificate the buyer).

Complex orders

Large variables of Plasto products are not listed in the e-shop. To order more complex products please contact Plasto representatives or specify your wish at
